Coming from Twin Cities to FBS&F Office and Parking at Holiday Inn Parking Ramp:
Take Mesaba Avenue exit to Second Street. (First right after the stop light; Second Street is a one-way street going east.); Take a right on Second Avenue West (about 5 blocks.) (Second Avenue West is a one-way street going south.); Turn right on First Street (one-way street going west) and the entrance to the Holiday Inn parking ramp is on your left.; FBS&F office is located across the street from the Holiday Inn on the corner of Third Avenue West and Superior Street.
Coming from Twin Cities to FBS&F Office and Parking in Fourth Avenue West Parking Ramp:
Take Superior/Michigan Street exit and stay on Michigan Street (right lane) (one-way street going east.); Entrance to Fourth Avenue Parking Ramp is at the stop sign on the corner of Fourth Avenue West and Michigan Street (on the right-hand side.); FBS&F office is located on the corner of Third Avenue West and Superior Street (two blocks from this parking ramp -- one block east and then one block north.)
Coming from the Iron Range to FBS&F Office and Parking at Holiday Inn Parking Ramp:
Come through Central Entrance to stop light at the top of Mesaba Avenue; Turn right on Mesaba Avenue; Take a right at the Second Avenue West exit (right after stop light halfway down Mesaba Avenue.); Continue down Second Avenue West to First Street; Take a right on First Street and the entrance to the Holiday Inn parking ramp is on your left.
Coming from North Shore to FBS&F Office and Parking at Holiday Inn Parking Ramp:
Take London Road all the way to the Lake Avenue exit; Turn Right on Lake Avenue and go north to First Street (two blocks.); Turn left on First Street (a one-way street going west.); Continue on First Street to just past Second Avenue where the entrance to the Holiday Inn parking ramp will be on your left (two blocks.)

From downtown Duluth traveling west, take the first Wisconsin (designated Highway 53 South and Interstate 535) exit off the freeway and enter Superior after traveling over the Blatnik Bridge. As you enter Superior this way, you are on Hammond Avenue. Continue on Hammond Avenue for approximately nine blocks. The Superior City Center is located directly across the street from the Government Center. The Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick office is on the third floor. When exiting the elevator on the third floor, take a left. The office is the last office on the right.
If you enter Wisconsin after traveling over the Bong Bridge from Minnesota, you will be on Highway 2 going east. Highway 2 becomes Belknap. From Belknap, turn left onto Hammond Avenue. The Superior City Center is located directly across the street from the Government Center. The Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick office is on the third floor. When exiting the elevator on the third floor, take a left. The office is the last office on the right..
If you are traveling into Superior from Highway 2 and 53 North, continue on Highway 2 and turn left on 2 (also known as Belknap Street). Follow 2 west, (or Belknap), until Hammond Avenue. From Belknap, turn left on Hammond Avenue. The Superior City Center is located directly across the street from the Government Center. The Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick office is on the third floor. When exiting the elevator on the third floor, take a left. The office is the last office on the right.
When traveling into Superior from Wisconsin 35 (also known as Tower Avenue), stay on Tower Avenue until the Belknap and Tower intersection. At Belknap, turn right. Proceed four blocks and turn left on Hammond. The Superior City Center is at the end of the block, on the right. The Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick office is on the third floor. When exiting the elevator on the third floor, take a left. The office is the last office on the right.

Directions from the Southeast:
Take Highway 52 to Seventh Street; take a left on Seventh Street, go to Wacouta Street (three or so blocks); take a left on Wacouta and take a right on Fourth Street. You can park in the ramp or the outdoor lot at the corners of Minnesota and Fourth Street.
Directions from 94 from the East:
Take 94 to Sixth Street Exit (it?s a left exit off 94), take a left on Wacouta and take a right on Fourth Street, turn right. You can park in the ramp or the outdoor lot at the corners of Minnesota and Fourth Street.
Directions from 94 from the West:
From 94, take the Fifth Street Exit, stay on Fifth Street until Cedar Street, take a right to Fourth Street, take a left on Fourth Street and park in the ramp (mid-block on your right), or the in the outdoor lot (which you enter mid-block off of Minnesota Street.)
Directions from 35 from South:
Take 35 to the Kellogg Blvd. –- proceed on Kellogg to Minnesota Street (two blocks afer Wabasha), take a left on Minnesota, one block to Fourth Street, take a left on Fourth to enter ramp or proceed one-half block on Minnesota to enter the outdoor lot.
Directions from 35E from North:
Take 35E to the Wacouta/10th Street Exit (fork in road – stay to the left so that you are on Wacouta Street; take Wacouta to Fourth Street, turn right. You can park in the ramp or the outdoor lot at the corners of Minnesota and Fourth Street.
