Fryberger Attorneys Named “Super Lawyers”

Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. is proud to announce that attorneys James H. Stewart and Paul B. Kilgore have been named 2007 “Super Lawyers” by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Only 5% of Minnesota lawyers are awarded this honor each year.

James H. Stewart practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, trusts, business and tax law. Mr. Stewart received his law degree from the University of Minnesota and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

Paul B. Kilgore’s practice focuses on real estate acquisitions, finance, and on minerals and mining law. Mr. Kilgore received his law degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota and is a Board Certified Real Property Law Specialist.
