LAW FIRM NAMES NEW ASSOCIATES

Duluth, MN – David Oberstar, president of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick, P.A. announced today that Mia E. Peterson and John R. Gasele have joined the firm as associate attorneys.

Ms. Peterson will practice in the estate planning and family law departments at the firm.  Ms. Peterson was born in Grand Rapids, Minnesota.  She received her bachelor of arts degree from Saint Benedict / Saint John’s University in 2002, and her law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 2006.

Mr. Gasele will practice in the area of internet law, administrative and governmental law and intellectual property & franchise law.  Mr. Gasele received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 2001.  He received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law, cum laude in 2006.
